Job description
This is an exciting opportunity for Senior Chef candidates with passion and drive to work within one of our busiest gastro pubs. You must be comfortable working in and helping to develop a large-scale, fast-paced food and beverage operation within Dublin city centre.
The chosen candidate must be committed to increasing the standard of food offering and can motivate their team to deliver this at every given opportunity.

Summary of Key activities
· Supporting the Executive chef in driving sales and maintaining a high level of standards throughout the Kitchen including all aspects of Food preparation
· Ensure that all food preparation is in accordance with regulatory guidelines
· To ensure all HACCP procedures are followed to the highest of standards
· Monitor standards, cost control, stock rotation and general efficiency of the kitchen
· Training and managing kitchen staff
· Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers
· Manage the busy service periods and produce a high standard of food.
