Senior Sales Executive

LOCATION Pune (On-site)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : 3 to 5 Years

ROLE DESCRIPTION : This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive position based at our corporate branch in Pune. In this high-impact role, you will be the driving force behind revenue growth, actively pitching and closing deals for our custom corporate gifting solutions. The ideal candidate will seamlessly navigate elite client management, cultivate long-term corporate relationships, and consistently exceed established sales targets through expert communication, strategy, and strategic negotiation.

Mandatory Requirement: Proven background in Corporate Sales with extensive hand-on experience managing and winning accounts with Multinational Corporation (MNC) clients.

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY REQUIREMENTS

Industry Experience: Strong track record in B2B sales, corporate sales, or directly within the corporate gifting ecosystem. Communication

Mastery: Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and high-stakes client pitching capabilities.

Relationship Building: Proven ability to initiate, scale, and nurture trust-based corporate relationships at decision-maker levels.

Market Knowledge: Deep insight into contemporary corporate gifting trends, material qualities, and product design developments. Operational

Skills: Strong organizational acumen paired with flawless time management capabilities.

Technical Proficiency: Fully proficient in utilizing MS Office suites and standard CRM platforms to manage sales pipelines.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, or a closely related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
