The Opportunity

Due to our expansion and the development of our brand-new, state-of-the-art premises, Dunleas of Kilcullen, a long-established leader in the Kildare automotive market, is seeking to recruit an ambitious Senior Sales Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional looking to progress their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the sale of new and used vehicles to achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from sales enquiry through to handover.
• Maximise profitability through the sale of finance, accessories, and value-added products.
• Support the wider sales team while guiding and mentoring junior staff.
• Maintain accurate customer records and effectively manage all enquiries through the CRM system.
• Ensure all sales administration is completed accurately and in line with dealership, manufacturer, and finance company procedures.
• Maintain exceptional showroom and vehicle presentation standards.
• Promote the Kia brand and keep up to date with manufacturer product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with colleagues across all departments to ensure a consistent, seamless customer journey.

Candidate Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a Sales Executive with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Previous experience mentoring or supporting colleagues would be advantageous.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional and proactive approach.
• Digitally competent and proficient in using DM and CRM systems.
• Full, clean driving licence.
