Job Title: SEO Executive (3+ Years Experience) – Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on last drawn CTC)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a results-driven SEO Executive with at least 3 years of proven experience to join our digital marketing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, and be capable of independently managing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Off-Page SEO:

• Develop and execute white-hat link building strategies
• Manage guest post outreach and content placement
• Handle link insertions and press release submissions
• Build relationships for backlink acquisition
• Perform outreach to bloggers, influencers, and webmasters

On-Page SEO:

• Optimize meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking
• Conduct on-page audits and implement improvement strategies
• Optimize URL structures, page speed, and content for target keywords
• Collaborate with developers and content teams for implementation

Technical SEO:

• Perform regular technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog
• Resolve crawl errors, broken links, and indexing issues
• Optimize for mobile-friendliness, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture
• Implement schema markup, canonical tags, and manage sitemaps

Lead Generation:

• Plan and execute organic strategies that contribute to lead generation
• Track and improve conversion paths from organic traffic

Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and performance using SEO tools
• Generate and present monthly SEO reports
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of SEO experience (preferably in an agency or similar environment)
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4
• Proven experience in improving rankings and organic lead generation
• Excellent communication and outreach skills
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines
• Must be currently residing in Ahmedabad
• Must be available to join immediately or within short notice
