Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, with experience in dealership settings and a passion for providing exceptional service. As a Service Advisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their vehicle service needs while ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
We service customers and businesses in maintaining and repairing their Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram vehicles. We use a CDK DMS and XTime operating system.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs while providing expert advice on maintenance and repair options.
- Utilize your automotive diagnostics skills to identify issues and recommend appropriate services, including oil changes, brake repairs, and transmission work.
- Sell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition, leveraging your sales and service writing skills.
- Collaborate with service technicians and parts department to ensure accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
- Maintain detailed records.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dealership environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- X-Time experience is a plus.
- CDK experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
