Duties

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of service recommendations and repair options.
• Manage customer inquiries and follow up on service appointments.
• Process cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely updates on vehicle status and repairs.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to address customer concerns effectively.
• Promote additional services through upselling techniques while maintaining transparency with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and invoices.
• Ensure a clean and organized service area to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or experience as a mechanic is preferred.
• Previous experience working in a dealership environment is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
