We’re looking for a Service Supervisor in Bluffton, SC to lead and grow our satellite office. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone with assistant manager, team supervisor, or administrative leadership experience. About the Role

• Supervise daily operations at our Bluffton, SC satellite office
• Lead, motivate, and coach a team to meet performance goals
• Handle hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees
• Ensure services are delivered with professionalism, efficiency, and care
• Act as the go-to contact for team and client needs
• Collaborate with leadership at our Savannah, GA headquarters

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience as a supervisor, assistant manager, or team lead
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle scheduling, team performance, and customer interactions
• Comfortable with hiring, coaching, and accountability

Job Location: Bluffton, South Carolina (Satellite Office) – reporting to Savannah, GA headquarters
