- Oversee daily operations of the café during your shift.
- Lead and support team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage staff schedules and break times during shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently met.
- Assist with stock management, ordering supplies, and minimizing wastage.
- Support the training and development of new and existing team members.
- Assist in Coffee making.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a hospitality or café environment, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide the team.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
Work Location: In person
Expected Start Date: 26/01/2025
