Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Shipper / Receiver to join our team in a clean, safe, and pleasant manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for preparing outgoing orders, receiving inbound deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience operating Raymond reach trucks and walkie riders safely and professionally and takes pride in maintaining an organized warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders for delivery and pickup, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging
• Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities, and inspect products for damage
• Scan incoming and outgoing orders using inventory systems to maintain accurate stock records
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including Raymond reach trucks and walkie riders, in accordance with company and safety standards
• Stage products in designated warehouse locations and maintain an orderly workflow
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to meet delivery timelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
• Handle manual lifting of products up to 40 lbs when hand‑balming or moving items occasionally

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a shipping and receiving or warehouse role
• Proven experience operating a Raymond reach and walkie rider safely
• Ability to follow safety procedures, policies, and best practices
• Comfortable using scanners and inventory tracking systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, reliable, and respectful attitude in the workplace
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Capability to manually lift up to 40 lbs on an occasional basis

Work Arrangement: This role is performed Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm on-site at our facility located at 35 Oak Street in North York.

Pay: $20.00-$25.50 per hour
