Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor and cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and presentable. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, including desks, countertops, and equipment.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

• Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot areas that need cleaning or maintenance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player when necessary.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and their appropriate usage is a plus.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour
