The Role As the Site Supervisor, you are the custodian of the firm’s reputation on the ground. You will oversee the metamorphosis of a site from a shell into a curated interior.
Responsibilities
- On-Site Command: Act as the primary link between the design studio, the client, and the contractors.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure that site execution mirrors the approved technical drawings with absolute fidelity.
- Vendor Diplomacy: Manage specialist vendors and laborers with a firm yet professional hand.
- Safety & Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe site environment that reflects our brand's values.
The Candidate A proactive problem-solver with a commanding presence. You possess the grit required for site work and the grace required for professional coordination.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
