Job Summary:

This is a dynamic role for a highly organised and enthusiastic Skip Driver who wants to work with one of Ireland’s most progressive and fast-growing Waste Management and recycling companies. Previous driver experience and relevant licences are essential for this role.

Salary €16,50, plus €15 substance daily allowance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pre - inspect your vehicle before leaving the company site
• Ensure all collections/ deliveries are made in a professional and timely manner
• To resolve issues/queries effectively and to escalate to relevant departments where necessary.
• Reporting to Transport Manager throughout the day
• Report any Incidents/Accident to the Transport Manager
• Follow route and time schedule
• To establish good working relationships with customers and colleagues
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations
• Report any malfunctions/faults with the truck to the Transport Manager
• To ensure that the truck is refuelled at the end of shift
• Ad hoc duties as requested.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Good interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Experienced in Skips
• Must hold all relevant HGV Licence/C Licence/Driver Digital Card/CPC Card
• A good level of written and spoken English is an advantage.
• Excellent driving history with accident free record.
