Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow removal individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal operations during winter weather conditions. Employees must own a truck or SUV. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate various power and hand tools effectively. The Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining clear and accessible, driveway, sidewalks, and stairs.
Responsibilities
- Operate snow equipment to clear snow from driveways, stairsand sidewalks.
- Perform routine maintenance on snow removal equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for snow removal tasks as needed.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing situations.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts efficiently.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Experience
- Previous experience operating snow equipment is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Familiarity with residential snow removal is a plus.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and maintain focus on safety.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
