About the Role
We’re seeking a Social Media & Advertising Specialist with hands-on experience in social media management, paid ad strategy, and campaign execution. This role is perfect for someone who is equal parts creative and analytical, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn strategy into results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media operations for multiple client accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Develop and execute paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google—from concept to launch to optimization.
• Build and manage funnels in GoHighLevel (bonus skill).
• Create and maintain editorial calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
• Review and optimize creative assets, captions, and targeting for maximum performance.
• Track campaign metrics and prepare performance reports to inform strategy.
• Stay current on platform trends, updates, and best practices to ensure client accounts remain competitive.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to bring campaigns to life.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in social media management and paid ad campaigns (agency experience preferred).
• Proven success running ads on Meta and Google platforms.
• Familiarity with funnel building in GoHighLevel (strong bonus).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills—able to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Creative sensibility with the ability to assess visuals, copy, and ad creative.

• Have design or video editing skills.
• Are comfortable creating short-form content or appearing on camera.
• Are familiar with creating funnel in GoHighLevel.
