The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined social media strategy. This role involves creating content, managing posting schedules, and analyzing data to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality visual and written content (reels, posts, stories, and captions) tailored to each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Strategy & Planning: Develop a monthly content calendar that aligns with company goals and marketing campaigns.
- Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive community around the brand.
- Growth & Trends: Stay ahead of social media trends, viral audio, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant.
- Paid Advertising: (Optional/Preferred) Set up and optimize basic social media ad campaigns (Meta Ads) to reach a wider audience.
- Analytics: Track key metrics like reach, engagement rate, and follower growth to report on ROI.
Experience2–4 years in social media management or digital marketing.
Design ToolsProficiency in Canva, Adobe Express, or CapCut (for video editing).
CommunicationExcellent storytelling skills and "on-brand" copywriting.
Analytical Skills:Ability to interpret social media insights and adjust strategy accordingly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
