About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Executive who can take charge of our brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate should have a creative eye for design, hands-on experience in managing social media campaigns, and a go-getter attitude to stay ahead of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management:
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
• Content & Design:
• Design visually compelling creatives using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
• Collaborate with the team to create engaging content tailored to each platform.
• Manage posting schedules and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
• Performance & Reporting:
• Track key metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
• Run A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
• Stay updated with algorithm changes and best practices.
• Trend Hunting & Innovation:
• Keep an eye on emerging trends, platform updates, and viral content.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table for reels, stories, ads, and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google AdWords.
• Strong understanding of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Proficiency in using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability to fast-changing trends.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with video editing or motion graphics.
• Worked in an advertising agency or handled multiple brand accounts.
• Basic SEO or email marketing knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pitampura, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Social media marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
