Social Media Executive is responsible for managing a company's social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving audience engagement across various platforms. This role involves developing and implementing social media strategies, monitoring performance, and collaborating with other teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals. They also stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to maintain a strong online presence.

• Strategy & Planning: Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and achieve marketing objectives.
• Content Creation & Curation: Creating engaging content (text, images, videos) and curating relevant content from other sources for posting on social media platforms.
• Community Management: Interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive online community.
• Performance Analysis: Monitoring social media performance using analytics tools, tracking key metrics, and generating reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Trend Monitoring: Staying informed about the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, design, content, and other teams to ensure social media activities align with broader marketing goals.
• Campaign Execution: Assisting in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including paid advertising.
• Reporting & Optimization: Analyzing social media data, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations to optimize campaign performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
