Poulet Vous is on the hunt for a talented leader to join our team. With a mission to serve fresh scratch made food. We are looking for a Sous Chef to join the team who would like to be part of our growing business as we expand.
We have an exciting position in our location in the Marina Market, Cork City where you would be joining a rapid growing local business, and serving delicious food, where your input matters.
Some of the day to day activities you can expect are:
- Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service
- Providing training to new staff to facilitate quick acclimation
- Streamlining the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times
- To help develop and maintain the menu
- Setting regular cleaning standards for the kitchen and verifying that staff is maintaining sanitation levels
- Tracking kitchen finances to identify areas of potential waste
- Assist the Head Chef in training and problem solving.
Full time, immediate start
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €34,500.00-€37,500.00 per year
