Role: Statutory Audit
Location: Mumbai (Vile Parle)
Experience: Minimum 2 years ( Without Internship)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct statutory audits of companies in accordance with auditing standards (Ind AS, IFRS, IGAAP).
- Plan, execute, and complete audits within deadlines while ensuring quality of deliverables.
- Review financial statements, trial balances, ledgers, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform risk assessment, identify internal control weaknesses, and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements (Companies Act, Income Tax, SEBI, etc.).
- Prepare audit reports and documentation in line with firm and regulatory standards.
- Manage client relationships, coordinate with client teams, and provide audit updates regularly.
- Guide and review work of junior team members; ensure adherence to audit methodology.
- Stay updated on accounting, auditing, and regulatory developments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
