Job Overview

· Role: Store Executive / Inventory Control Executive

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management

“Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels in the ERP system.”

· Enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) methods to manage perishable or dated FMCG stock.

“Perform regular physical stock audits and cycle counts at defined intervals.

Inward & Outward Operations

“Perform Goods Receipt (GRN) and verify materials against purchase orders and invoices.”

· Manage complete dispatch paperwork like Delivery Challans, packing lists, and transport logs.

· Inspect incoming raw materials or finished goods for damage, leakage, or shortfalls.

Coordination & Compliance

“Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Accounts teams for smooth material flow.” -

· Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping, safety, and 5S standards.

· Prepare daily or weekly stock and Management Information System (MIS) reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, or a related field (Diploma in Supply Chain/Warehouse management is also accepted).

· Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on inventory or storekeeping experience in an FMCG or manufacturing setup.

· Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and MS Excel.

· Soft Skills: Strong organizational aptitude, problem-solving, and clear communication.
