Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct custodial duties such as restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies.
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts.
• Assist in heavy lifting of equipment or materials when required.
• Maintain equipment used for cleaning and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure all cleaning standards are met.
• Participate in facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and coworkers.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills to work collaboratively within a team setting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
