Supply Planner

We are looking for a Supply Planner to take ownership of the NOOS (Never Out Of Stock) assortment for our largest Cross Border Online customers (CBO), including Zalando, About You and ASOS, working at the intersection of data, supply planning and strong partnerships.

THE TEAM
In our NOOS team, you will become part of a team of seven dedicated colleagues working with our NOOS replenishment business. We play a key role in ensuring that the right products are always available for our customers – both in our central warehouses and in their stores. You will work closely with stakeholders across Noisy May such as Sales and Buying, giving you a broad organisational touchpoint and insight into our value chain.

YOUR JOB
As a Supply Planner, you are responsible for securing the optimal NOOS assortment for CBO customers, Zalando, About You and ASOS - ensuring the right product mix and stock balance across accounts. Through close collaboration, you develop strong partnerships and a deep understanding of each customer’s business priorities. By combining this insight with performance data, you continuously optimize the portfolio to match demand and secure availability.

Specifically, you will:

• Build strong customer relationships and maintain continuous dialogue
• Monitor style performance and analyze forecasts to optimize sales
• Conduct daily KPI follow-ups on availability and stock levels
• Ensure the right products mix and the right stock levels.
• Drive continuous optimization of the NOOS portfolio by adjusting styles based on performance and ensuring smooth seasonal transitions.

• Experience within Supply Planning and a solid understanding of stock levels and the factors driving product performance are advantages. Alternatively, you may be working within Buying, Sales or Supply chain with a natural flair for numbers and analysis
• A commercial mindset and flair for performance follow-up
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills
• Solid Excel skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
