Key Responsibility :

• Measure land and properties using specialized equipment.
• Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries and topography.
• Prepare maps, drawings, and reports based on survey data.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and zoning laws.
• Analyze data to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams.
• Assist in land development, construction projects, and planning.
• Perform GPS, laser scanning, and aerial survey operations.
• Maintain accurate records of survey results and findings.
• Review and interpret legal documents, including land titles and deeds.
• Advise clients on property boundaries and land-related issues.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Relevant qualifications or certification in surveying or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques and equipment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting maps, blueprints, and legal documents.
• Familiarity with surveying software and GIS tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurements.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
