Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor with 3–5 years of experience in land surveying, CAD drafting, and KMZ/KML mapping. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in preparing accurate survey drawings, generating KMZ files, processing field survey data, and supporting engineering and land development projects. Candidates should be comfortable working in both field and office environments and be capable of delivering high-quality outputs within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land, topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys.
• Operate survey instruments such as Total Station, DGPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and RTK GPS.
• Process survey data and prepare accurate drawings using AutoCAD.
• Create, edit, and validate KMZ/KML files for project mapping and Google Earth visualization.
• Convert survey data into CAD drawings, contour maps, and digital plans.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of survey deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and field teams to understand project requirements.
• Maintain survey records, field notes, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies in survey data and recommend solutions.
• Adhere to company standards and project specifications.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of professional experience in land surveying.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong expertise in creating and managing KMZ/KML files.
• Excellent understanding of coordinate systems, projections, and georeferencing.
• Experience with Total Station, DGPS/GNSS, RTK GPS, and Auto Level.
• Ability to interpret engineering and construction drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Experience with Civil 3D, QGIS, or ArcGIS is an advantage.
• Knowledge of drone survey data processing and GIS workflows is preferred.
• Experience in infrastructure, renewable energy, telecom, roads, or utility projects is a plus.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
