Introduction:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on major construction and high‑profile projects, while enjoying a genuine lifestyle change in the Northern Rivers.

Your Role and Impact:
As a Surveyor within our team, you will work across a diverse mix of high-rise and major construction projects, balancing site presence with technical office-based work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering accurate and timely construction surveys that directly contribute to project success
- Completing fieldwork, calculations, pre-calculations, sketches, and survey processing
- Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance
- Liaising with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Utilising advanced surveying equipment and software to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Proven experience as a Survey Technician or Surveyor, with exposure to construction projects (high-rise experience highly regarded)
- Proficiency in 12d software and Leica and/or Trimble survey equipment
- A relevant qualification in Surveying
- Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Surveyors Board of Queensland as an Associate, Graduate, or above
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
