Our internal IT Infrastructure team plays a critical role in ensuring that all the systems powering our global teams operate smoothly and securely. We're now hiring a System Administrator to join this dynamic team and help manage, integrate, and scale the tools that support thousands of employees across Wolt and DoorDash. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of Atlassian systems and contribute to the automation and modernisation of IT workflows across our business.

What you’ll be doing
Work with follow the sun teams to adminstrate , integration, and optimization of our Atlassian tools (Jira Service Management) and the migration from FreshService.
Design and execute migrations and improvements for internal tools used across business functions.
Automate workflows and services using tools like GitHub, Terraform, YAML, and Python.
Support core IT systems including Google Workspace, Okta, and Freshservice.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. IT, HR, Finance, Security) to ensure tools serve business needs effectively.
Drive the adoption of AI tools and practices across IT operations and support innovation with tools like ChatGPT and Gemini.
Our humble expectations
4–7 years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration with a focus on enterprise environments.
Cross culture and cross time zone work, our colleagues are located in a variety of time-zone, which might require calls between 16:00 and 18:00, and more seldom evening calls.
Deep technical expertise in Atlassian tools (Jira Service Management) including configuration, integration, and migration.
Experience around automation solutions using scripting (Python, YAML) and infrastructure as code (Terraform) beneficial
Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack.
Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously while driving technical projects.
Passion for experimenting with and applying AI solutions in real business workflows.
