We are looking for a Systems Engineer with strong Apple and MDM capability to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a managed services environment and enjoys supporting multiple customers rather than working in a single internal environment.

You will bring deep capability across Apple device management, Jamf Pro and onboarding workflows, while also being comfortable supporting hybrid customer environments that include Intune, Microsoft 365 and identity platforms. This is a hands-on technical role suited to someone who values outcomes, documents thoroughly and communicates clearly.

• Design, implement and support Jamf Pro environments across multiple customer fleets.
• Build and refine Apple enrolment workflows including ABM / ASM / DEP, pre-stage configurations and zero-touch deployment.
• Deploy and maintain Jamf Connect, including identity integration, login flows and password synchronisation.
• Package and deploy applications and configurations across macOS, iOS and iPadOS environments at scale.
• Provide engineering support across hybrid environments where Jamf and Intune both play a role.
• Support identity and access requirements across Azure / Entra ID, Hybrid AD, on-prem AD, Microsoft 365, MFA and Conditional Access.
• Troubleshoot and resolve L2 / L3 incidents while maintaining clear documentation and high service standards.
• Work inside ConnectWise Manage to manage tickets, time entries, scheduling updates and customer records.
• Contribute to project delivery, technical improvement, and customer-facing discussions where deeper engineering expertise is required.

• Proven experience in an MSP environment, supporting multiple customers under SLA.
• Strong experience with Jamf Pro and Jamf Connect, including configuration profiles, compliance and update policies, smart groups and scoping.
• Experience setting up and supporting Apple enrolment workflows such as ABM / ASM / DEP and pre-stage configurations.
• Experience with Apple device packaging and strong capability across macOS, iOS and iPadOS at scale.
• Jamf 200 certification as a baseline, with Jamf 300, 370 and 400 are strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Intune (MDM) across hybrid environments.
• Experience with Azure / Entra ID, Hybrid AD, on-prem AD and Microsoft 365. Working familiarity with Windows Server in hybrid customer environments as well.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting MFA and Conditional Access.

What else do you need to apply?

• Travel on-site to our office in Alexandria and to client sites.
• Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
