Therefore, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key role for us, a real steward of our brand and culture, plus the initial face / impression of the organization in the eyes of active and passive candidates.

You will be responsible for daily activity toward building trust and establishing relationships with potential candidates leading to increased applications, screenings, interviews, and possible hirings. Our candidates range from college students seeking to enter the profession to technical professionals with prior experience as well as managers, leaders, and executives. Your activity will be guided by company growth strategies and you'll collaborate closely with our Human Resources team.

Success is about starting and building relationships that produce a positive candidate experience as well as applicants for interviews. This is a "long-game" in many cases and requires a patient, specialized, and personal approach.

Ideal Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Two-years successful sourcing, recruiting, or business development experience (experience in civil engineering industry is a plus)
• High-production level while working autonomously
• Proven organization and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communications / conversations skills
• Persistence
• Self-motivated
• Driven by achievement of short-term goals over immediate satisfaction
• Team player
• Experience with Crelate or other applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred
• Proficiency in Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Flexible schedule with opportunity to work hybrid (office / home)
