It’s an exciting time in our business, with further growth in the pipeline. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who brings a positive mindset, resilience, and an exceptional work ethic to everything they do to join us based in our national Support Office in Murarrie, Brisbane.

At Green Leaves Early Learning Centres, we take pride in building innovative and sustainable learning environments and practices in our state-of-the-art, purpose-built centres. Our offering is unique, and for us, it all comes down to the little things. Our team genuinely care about the learning experience of the children in each of our 70 centres throughout Australia.

Day to day, you will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment by sourcing talent, screening, coordinating interviews, facilitating feedback, assisting with the decision-making process, background/pre-engagement checking, offer, contract generation and system onboarding and representing our employer brand with energy and enthusiasm.

Ideally, you will have:
Experience in recruitment, coupled with an interest in early learning
Strong relationship, negotiation and influencing skills
Fresh ideas and an interest in refining our recruitment and onboarding processes
Experience with systems, preferably Applicant Tracking Systems, we currently use ELMO
Amazing people skills are required to engage candidates and work with our wonderful teams
