Talent Acquisition Specialist
West Palm Beach, FL | Full-Time

We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5+ years in corporate recruiting to manage up to 15 open roles at a time. You’ll source candidates, partner with hiring managers, and represent our company at schools, career fairs, and community events.

What You’ll Do

Source, cold call, and present candidates professionally.
Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition to offer.
Partner with technical schools, colleges, and high schools.
Attend and coordinate career fairs.
Track vacancies and provide weekly hiring reports.
Occasionally work onsite to understand business needs.
Ensure compliance with HR laws and best practices.

What You Bring

5+ years corporate recruiting experience.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Professional, mature representation of the company.
