A leading and progressive Accounting, Audit & Tax practice is seeking an experienced and career-focused Tax Manager to oversee the group’s tax services offerings. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute significantly to the firm's continued success.
The role will be based in the client’s office in West Dublin with scope for hybrid working.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the provision, production and review of tax services to a challenging and varied client portfolio of companies including international clients;
- Researching and resolving technical queries from clients;
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing a high standard of client service;
- Advising on Irish domestic and international tax matters;
- Coordinating and working with international associate firms on cross-border projects and business development initiatives;
- Contributing to the development of technical knowledge of the office;
- Provide mentoring to other team members to ensure standards are maintained throughout the entire engagement process;
- Identifying client needs and new business opportunities within client organisations;
- Develop and grow the firm’s client portfolio;
- Partake in client fee negotiation;
- Maintain a high quality of work and consistently adhere to relevant professional standards.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of five years of practice experience in a professional accounting or tax environment.
- Proven ability to demonstrate initiative, leadership, and a passion for driving firm-wide development.
- Fully or part-qualified accountant with relevant accountancy qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CTA).
- Strong technical knowledge of Irish and international tax matters.

- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- West Dublin, CO. Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Ireland (required)
