Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Team Captain. The Team Captain will oversee daily service operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage a team to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, addressing guest concerns, coordinating with the kitchen and other departments, maintaining service quality, and ensuring compliance with company standards and protocols. Qualifications Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and hospitality operations Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure Proficiency in record-keeping, inventory management, and basic computer skills Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or team supervision is highly desirable A diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,123.28 per month
