Siamo alla ricerca di un Team Leader Call Center – Outbound Telemarketing per guidare e motivare un team commerciale dedicato alla vendita telefonica. La figura selezionata sarà responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di performance, del coaching operativo e della gestione quotidiana delle attività outbound.
Responsabilità principali:
Gestione e motivazione del team outbound
Monitoraggio e miglioramento delle performance attraverso KPI
Coaching e formazione continua degli operatori
Supporto operativo all'avvio di nuove campagne e inserimento di nuove risorse
Supervisione diretta delle attività di telemarketing outbound
Requisiti richiesti:
Diploma di scuola superiore
Esperienza di almeno 2–3 anni nel ruolo di Team Leader outbound
Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di telemarketing outbound
Spiccate doti di leadership e capacità di gestione di team
Competenze consolidate in ambito vendita e comunicazione
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
Retribuzione: a partire da €1.200,00 al mese
