We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to connect with potential clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about our services/products.
- Respond to incoming calls and queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely updates on client interactions.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets set by the team leader.
- Support the marketing and sales team in generating business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Fresher or 0–6 month of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Positive attitude, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
