Job Title: Sales & Telecalling Executive (Cool Scrap / Cool Services)Company Overview
Cool Scrap & Cool Services are growing businesses in Kolkata, dealing in second-hand AC sales,and Old AC Scrap & Purchase. We are looking for a motivated Sales & Telecalling Executive who can handle customer leads, follow-ups, and sales calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and convert daily leads generated from Meta Ads / marketing campaigns (Cool Scrap).
- Share price quotes with customers, answer queries, and close sales.
- Follow up with old leads (100+ follow-ups per day).
- Call technicians / dealers for B2B business generation (Cool Scrap).
- Handle direct customer sales calls for second-hand ACs (Cool Services).
- Maintain lead status and performance tracking in CRM.
- Work from shop office in Chandni Market (Kolkata), 10 AM – 8 PM.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in telecalling / sales (Fresher with strong communication can also apply).
- Basic computer knowledge & smartphone handling.
- Comfortable working with targets and incentives.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, Bengali and English
- Honest, punctual, and self-motivated.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 per month
- Incentives: Based on performance (₹20–40 per conversion on Cool Scrap, ₹200 in AC sales bonus, ₹100 in B2B bonus)
- Expected Earning Potential: ₹11,000 – ₹15,000+ per month

Location and Timing
- Near Chandni Market, Kolkata
- Monday to Saturday - 10a.m. to 8p.m.
- Sunday - 1 Hour follow up - (so that Hot Clients don't have to wait till Monday)
