We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Tele calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, and generating leads . The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain company products/services.
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a daily call log and update customer information accurately.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients regularly.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales or appointments.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Handle complaints and provide timely resolutions.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in e.g., Hindi, English language
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior experience in telecalling, or customer support is a plus.
- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
