Job Description

We are hiring a Tele Sales Executive (Female) for our Ahmedabad office. The role involves cold calling, lead generation, appointment fixing, and coordination with field sales and channel partners. This is a target-driven role suitable for candidates who are confident communicators and experienced in telesales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cold call potential customers in Ahmedabad and assigned regions
• Generate and collect leads from online platforms, agencies, existing customers, ASM, and other sources
• Use company-provided sales scripts to pitch services and handle objections
• Generate qualified leads and fix appointments for field sales teams and agencies
• Collect customer feedback and references from customers and channel partners
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets (call volume and conversions)
• Ensure channel partners remain active and contribute to business growth
• Achieve business targets as per defined KRA–KPI
• Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to achieve objectives
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Tele Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales
• Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi & basic English
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Target-driven and performance-focused mindset
• Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools preferred

Eligibility

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 1 year relevant telesales experience
• Candidates residing in Ahmedabad or nearby areas preferred
• Immediate or short notice period preferred
