Telesales Executive

Position: Tele Sales Executive
Location: Thiruvananthapuram (TVM)
Experience: Fresher/Experienced
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (plus incentives)
Job Type: Full-time
Joining: Immediate

Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Tele Sales Executives to join our sales team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build relationships with clients over the phone. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about sales and ready to work in a night shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Activities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell company products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to drive sales.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide detailed product/service information.
  • Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to implement strategies for business growth.
  • Participate in team meetings and share feedback to improve processes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
  • Key Skills:
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade and influence clients effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work in night shifts.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.

Work Schedule & Interview Process

  • Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Rounds of Interview: 3 rounds (direct interviews)
  • Probation Period: 3 months
  • Work Mode: On-Site
