Position: Tele Sales Executive
Location: Thiruvananthapuram (TVM)
Experience: Fresher/Experienced
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (plus incentives)

Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Tele Sales Executives to join our sales team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build relationships with clients over the phone. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about sales and ready to work in a night shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Activities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell company products/services.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to drive sales.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Address customer inquiries and provide detailed product/service information.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to implement strategies for business growth.
- Participate in team meetings and share feedback to improve processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background:
- High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- Key Skills:
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence clients effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
Work Schedule & Interview Process
- Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Rounds of Interview: 3 rounds (direct interviews)
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Work Mode: On-Site
