Territory Sales Manager
Location: Seattle, WA (with up to 50% travel within assigned territory)
Our client is looking expand their market leadership, and are a Territory Sales Manager to help accelerate their growth. This role plays a key part in executing high-impact sales strategies, cultivating customer relationships, and strengthening the company's position as a trusted partner in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales and account plans aligned with business objectives.
- Grow market share by building strong partnerships with contractors, engineers, and distributors.
- Drive new business through both bottom-up (contractor engagement) and top-down (engineer specification) approaches.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and training sessions to enhance brand awareness and demand.
- Qualify leads, craft tailored solutions, and provide expert technical guidance on Everflow products.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and technical documentation to support project success.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed on market trends, installation practices, and competitive offerings.
Collaboration & Industry Engagement
- Represent the company at trade shows, buying group meetings, and industry conferences to build visibility and relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to identify emerging opportunities.
- Support on-site visits, product demonstrations, and event setups to showcase Everflow’s solutions.

Qualifications
- Sales experience in the plumbing industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong team player who shares ideas and best practices openly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Additional Requirements
- Active and valid driver’s license with the ability to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory.
- Remote-based role requiring independence, strong organization, and self-motivation.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry innovations and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
