We are seeking to hire a Training Administrator in our Cork or Dublin office to assist our Training Department Manager.

Initial training would need to be in Cork city.


Responsibilities:

  • Update the LMS and distribute engaging training news and updates for the organisation.
  • Coordinate all logistics for training sessions, including venue booking – accommodation, virtual event events, materials preparation, and managing participant communications.
  • Support learners enquiries (pre and post training session).
  • Reach out to and coordinate with new instructors and trainers.
  • Update and maintain the training calendar with upcoming sessions and events.
  • Ensure compliance with training standards and procedures.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks following training events, including feedback collection and report generation.
  • Manage training-related purchase order and vendor contracts, process invoices, ensuring timely processing and payment.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance current training programs and propose new offerings within the financial services, taxation, and audit sectors.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify innovative training solutions.
  • Perform ad hoc duties to support the training department.

Candidate Profile:

  • Ideal candidate will be a creative thinker and possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
