Job Title: Travel AgentJob Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Agent to assist clients with their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating seamless and enjoyable travel experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Research and plan customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and ground transportation.
• Provide information on travel destinations, cultures, weather, visa requirements, and local attractions.
• Book and confirm travel arrangements through online booking systems and suppliers.
• Handle travel documentation such as tickets, confirmations, and travel insurance.
• Stay up to date on travel restrictions, policies, and promotions.
• Resolve travel issues, cancellations, or schedule changes promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle last-minute changes and problem-solve under pressure.
• High school diploma required; a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Certification from IATA, ASTA, or other travel industry organizations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
