We are looking for energetic and ambitious freshers to join our Travel, Leisure & MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) sales team. The role includes promoting travel packages, handling corporate event inquiries, and supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote leisure travel packages, hotels, and destination experiences
  • Assist in selling MICE services: corporate events, group travel, meetings & incentive trips
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable travel/MICE solutions
  • Handle incoming inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) professionally
  • Prepare quotations, itineraries, proposals & basic event briefs
  • Support senior team in lead generation, follow-ups, and sales closures
  • Maintain client data, reports, and CRM entries
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Tourism/Event Management is a plus)
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Passion for travel, events, and customer service
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook, CRM tools)
  • Enthusiastic, self-driven, and willing to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
