We are looking for energetic and ambitious freshers to join our Travel, Leisure & MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) sales team. The role includes promoting travel packages, handling corporate event inquiries, and supporting sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote leisure travel packages, hotels, and destination experiences
- Assist in selling MICE services: corporate events, group travel, meetings & incentive trips
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable travel/MICE solutions
- Handle incoming inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) professionally
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, proposals & basic event briefs
- Support senior team in lead generation, follow-ups, and sales closures
- Maintain client data, reports, and CRM entries
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Tourism/Event Management is a plus)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Passion for travel, events, and customer service
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook, CRM tools)
- Enthusiastic, self-driven, and willing to learn
