The Role

We're looking for a Product Designer who can take ownership of the full design process — from early concepts and wireframes through polished, production-ready assets. You'll work closely with engineering and product leadership to shape products that are intuitive, visually sharp, and built for real users.

This is not a role where you wait for direction. You'll be expected to identify problems, propose solutions, and move fast. We're a small, agile team, and your work will have a direct impact on what we ship.

What You'll Do

• Own the design lifecycle for product features: research, ideation, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and handoff
• Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is preserved in production
• Create marketing and brand assets as needed
• Participate in rapid design sprints and iterate based on feedback quickly
• Contribute to product strategy by bringing a user-centered perspective to planning discussions

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related role
• Strong proficiency in Figma (primary tool), Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
• A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end product thinking, not just visual polish
• Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and meet deadlines without constant oversight
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities can shift quickly
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) — you'll be collaborating with a distributed team
• Available to work during Eastern US time zone hours (EST/EDT overlap with IST evenings)
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a capable laptop/workstation suitable for design work

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions
• Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS) for better developer collaboration
• Experience working with international or US-based remote teams
• Exposure to emerging technology products (AI, Web3, IoT, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
