Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Remote (India) | Full-Time
Job Description:
We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry to join our team. The recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals across the U.S., ensuring timely and quality placements while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (RNs, therapists, allied health, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, outreach, interviews, and offer process
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles
- Collaborate with account managers and onboarding teams for smooth placements
- Keep accurate records of candidates in ATS (JobDiva preferred)
- Achieve daily/weekly recruitment goals and performance targets
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience as a Healthcare Recruiter (U.S. staffing preferred)
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing processes and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (job boards, LinkedIn, databases)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setup
- Experience with JobDiva ATS is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹167,556.96 - ₹754,909.27 per year
Work Location: Remote
