Newtown Square Veterinary Hospital is a progressive, customer-focused and family owned full service veterinary hospital. NSVH is a Fear Free and gold status Cat Friendly Practice, and we specialize in helping fearful and anxious pets to have a positive veterinary experience. We are in an affluent area, and have an educated and motivated client base who expect exceptional customer service.
NSVH is seeking a receptionist to answer phones, schedule appointments and surgeries, perform medical follow up calls, and help check in/out clients. Candidates must have outstanding customer service skills, patience and a calm, caring demeanor. Previous veterinary experience is preferred.
Our veterinary practice management software is cloud based and user friendly. Proficiency with basic computing skills (Gmail, Google Drive, scanning documents) is required.
**Applicant must have basic familiarity and comfort with dogs and cats. Previous or current pet ownership is a must!**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
