Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our dynamic content team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a strong technical background in video editing, as well as the ability to work collaboratively on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit Video Content: Assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the creative vision, including promotional videos, social media content, and longer-form projects.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals and ensure high-quality results.
• Post-Production: Perform color correction, audio editing, and visual effects to enhance the final product.
• Content Optimization: Adapt and optimize videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Maintain Organization: Manage and organize video files, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future use.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance the quality and effectiveness of video content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a video editor (2+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong understanding of video production processes and post-production techniques.
• Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
