VisaMetric is the official application center authorized by the German Federal Foreign Office to provide visa services. We continue our activities in all areas of service with a focus on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. For our Dublin, Ireland office, we are looking for a Visa Consultant to be assigned to the German visa application unit with the following qualifications:
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and guiding applicants who come to submit their visa applications,
- Ensuring that application files are received completely and correctly,
- Identifying missing or incorrect documents and informing the applicant,
- Entering the applicant’s information accurately and completely into the relevant system,
- Carrying out the fingerprint collection process and completing the registration procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar positions or the ability to adapt quickly,
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages at an advanced level: German, and English,
- Strong communication skills and a high level of representation ability,
- Team-oriented, solution-focused, and responsible
- Detail-oriented with careful and meticulous working principles,
- Ability to adapt to a busy and dynamic working environment.
Please note that only EU citizens will be considered for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
