Your Contribution
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in processing, tracking, and maintaining the flow of orders. You will also help with submitting, following up with, and acquiring approvals, communicating with clients, and tracking and collecting client payments. A day in the life of a Warehouse Associate includes:
- Ensure accurate and timely shipment and receiving of all products
- Accuracy in preparing shipment documentation, including verifying orders and cross-border manifests
- Match all received packing slips to purchase orders, check, and fix errors
- Ensure there is sufficient stock on parts, including ordering for work orders
- Organization and cleanliness of warehouse
- Pulling and preparing orders for sales team
- Assisting with inventory returns
- Assisting the AADL warehouse for surplus control
Your Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- Forklift License preferred
- Able to lift a minimum of 70 lbs
- Able to sit/stand, and walk for long durations
- Microsoft 365 experience
- Customer service experience
- Prior experience in Shipping and Receiving preferred
