Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center by efficiently handling inventory management, order picking, and packing. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to operate various types of heavy equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trucks and containers, ensuring accuracy in inventory management and job status.
• Operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials within the warehouse.
• Perform picking and packing duties, preparing orders for shipment and installation while adhering to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Assist with inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
• Capability to operate heavy equipment safely; certification may be required for certain machinery.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards is highly desirable.
• Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
