Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to manage our facility operations and inventory control. The ideal candidate will maintain an organized, efficient warehouse environment while supporting our field technicians and installation teams. The Warehouse Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the efficient operation of our HVAC warehouse facility and fleet, ensuring optimal inventory management and smooth distribution of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning equipment, parts, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing HVAC equipment, plumbing supplies, and related materials
• Manage inventory levels using our warehouse management system, conducting regular cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock records
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and field technicians to ensure timely delivery and pickup of materials
• Process incoming shipments, verify order accuracy, and document any discrepancies or damages
• Organize warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and improve efficiency
• Prepare orders for field technicians and ensure they have necessary materials for scheduled jobs
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment in compliance with OSHA regulations
• Fleet Management
• Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse operations

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse management experience, preferably in HVAC or plumbing industry
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities and team leadership experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus

Work Environment

Physical Requirements

• Regular lifting and moving of materials and equipment
• Extended periods of standing, walking, and climbing ladders
• Operation of forklift and other material handling equipment
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
